- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage of all functionalities.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using C# and relevant technologies to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to facilitate continuous testing and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Utilize test infrastructure and tools to simulate real-world scenarios and validate end-to-end workflows in title insurance applications.
- Execute manual and automated tests to verify software functionality, data integrity, and regulatory compliance across various platforms and environments.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues in alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Generate comprehensive test reports, metrics, and documentation to communicate test findings, quality insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance QA processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and evolving business needs.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members on testing techniques, domain-specific knowledge, and effective collaboration within the title insurance domain.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in C# programming language.
- Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with test infrastructure, data validation, and testing methodologies specific to title insurance applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
