The Server will report to the F&B Leadership Team.


Job Overview
As a Server, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine of our dining experience.

Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding Food & Beverage offerings makes guests of our food outlets feel welcomed.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
  • Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
  • Upselling to guests as applicable.
  • Assist Food & Beverage management team with stocking product as requested.
  • Assist in transporting of food, beverage, and other items to and from the kitchen.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Valid Proserve Certification and Reel Facts from AGLC.
  • 12 years' experience as a server is preferred.
  • Casino or resort experience is considered an asset.

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
