- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including fluid exchanges and oil changes
- Visual safety and courtesy inspections
- Mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires
- Testing and replacing batteries
- Changing bulbs, belts, and hoses
- Maintaining and cleaning shop areas
- Other shop maintenance items as needed
- Provide excellence in customer service through the efficient installation and repair of tires for passenger vehicles such as cars and light trucks.
- Work together with all members of the team to ensure we are providing the best possible tire & automotive service.
- Retrieve customer vehicle and secure on hoist/jacks, conduct necessary tire repairs, dismounts and mounts of all tires at location.
- Conduct additional service maintenance/repairs such as oil changes, tire rotations, and supervised minor mechanical repair.
- Ensure the facility and equipment is kept in a safe, neat and clean manner at all times both inside and outside. Requirements
- Previous Tire Installation and Service experience an asset
- Mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of routine automotive maintenance repairs/service
- Demonstrated positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent client care Compensation: $ $19.00 per hour
