About the Role:


The Lead Generation Marketer at Fintel Connect is responsible for driving revenue growth by generating high-intent, high-quality sales leads for the Sales team.

This individual will work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies, nurture relationships with prospective clients, and deliver sales-qualified leads.

What You'll Get To Do:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize lead generation marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics and adjust activities to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure alignment between marketinggenerated leads and sales pipeline requirements.
  • Regularly report on campaign results and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform lead generation strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role for B2B, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and HubSpot CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with ability to thrive in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
