Overview:

Responsibilities:

Support various projects: changes to business systems/processes, IT/infrastructure etc.
Help Business users understand the business process.
Document Use Cases based on Business Process and Workflow Models.
Elicit, document, manage and communicate functional and nonfunctional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Verify solutions meet the requirements and quantify the benefits and costs of each solution.

Qualifications and Experience:

8+ years BA experience eliciting, developing, documenting, and managing current and future state requirements, business process models, use cases, and business rules throughout the lifecycle of project.
Education: Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) OR PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA). (mandatory)
Experience participating and facilitating business process model discovery and planning workshops and requirements gathering sessions to elicit business and technical requirements with an emphasis of understanding the business priorities.
Experience communicating technical concepts to a variety of technical and nontechnical audiences to various levels within an organization.
Experience preparing project documents including, but not limited to, testing plans, and use cases and user stories based on business processes.
Experience analyzing complex problems, situations, practices or procedures.
Experience analyzing business requirements and translating into business rules.
Experience working with large, complex and integrated project teams, and demonstrated ability to gather consensus amongst stakeholders in challenging situations.
Training and experience with Azure DevOps are considered an asset.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
Must be able to work in Regina, SK (onsite).
Must be authorized to work in Canada.
