Account Coordinator
Do you have a passion for the outdoors and seek an opportunity to be in an industry you love? Are you an administrator and rapport builder eager to provide excellent customer service and find opportunities to grow established business? We are actively seeking a B2B Account Coordinator to be a part of our team


This role is suitable for Canada-based applicants only, who are located within a short commute to our offices in South Etobicoke.

This is not a work-from-home or hybrid position.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Find opportunity to retain and grow customer revenue
  • Provide white glove customer service tasks for all accounts
  • Strategize and execute Product campaigns and Growth Initiatives with marketing and sales team to current accounts.
  • Manage customer assets
  • Manage After Sales Service to accounts including:
  • Managing PK Clinic registration for customer's staff
  • Processing warranties
  • Monitoring Pricing

Experience
Account Coordinator working directly with B2B customers

Diploma or Bachelor Degree

Data Entry into CRM, Spreadsheets


Skill Set Required

  • Reliable and selfdirected, proactively anticipating challenges and pivoting accordingly
  • Ability to work both as a team player and independently
  • Superior work ethic with attention to detail, diligent, organized, and resourceful
  • Outstanding English language skills in verbal and written form
