DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Perform incoming inspections on products received from suppliers
  • Identify quality issues and work with suppliers to implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supplier quality assurance activities
  • Organize regular quality meetings with suppliers
  • Perform quality sampling inspections on final quality check stage
  • Document internal quality check records
  • Communicate with supplier and internal teams for quality issues and followup improvement activities
  • Attend internal quality meetings
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Post-Secondary degree or diploma in engineering, quality assurance, or related field
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in engineering, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Quality and continuous improvement mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with ISO9001 will be an asset.
