We have an excellent opportunity with one of the major banks, you will provide direct oversight to a project team providing guidance in a large scale Hyperion initiative.

This is a 6 month engagement with great compensation and an excellent completion bonus, the successful candidate will have the ability to extend or even join the company on a permanent basis

Responsibilities

• You will support existing Hyperion Planning applications and implement enhancements as the

business evolves, reporting to the Senior Consultant.

• You will ensure the long-term viability of Finances driver-based planning tools by developing and

testing logic changes, working with users to document enhancement requirements,
troubleshooting for users as needed, and providing user training.

• Assist the Senior Consultant in driving the Financial Planning process, focusing on driver-based

forecasting (both revenue & expenses, balance sheet, Treasury metrics, legal entities).

• Financial modelling experience in a major bank's Finance, Planning, and Analysis department,

preferably on the balance sheet

• Working knowledge of driver-based module techniques such as sales funnel conversion,

customer behaviour curves, and vintage analysis.

• Maintain close collaboration with the Data & Technology Management team, understanding

how Finance fits into the company's data and technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to support regular interaction with Finance and

Technology teams.

• 2-3 years of hands-on Hyperion Planning
• An Oracle Hyperion Planning certification is required.
• Financial modelling experience
• Interacting with users, which includes understanding requirements, participating in user

training, and troubleshooting user concerns/issues on an emergency basis.

• Understanding expense, revenue, balance, or sales planning and forecasting techniques
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to instruct users on the models or applications being produced with
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive outlook (Effectively sharing thoughts and ideas)

Compensation:
$60-$650/hour depending on experience
