Join our growing team of line cooks here at Sunset Grill where you can look forward to a great work environment and steady schedule.


  • We are looking for fulltime and parttime kitchen staff.
  • Our hours of operation are 7 am3 pm Monday to Sunday.
  • Experience isencouraged but not required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare cooking station for service
- prepare various foods
- arrange sauces and supplementary garnishes
- cover, date, and correctly store all good prep items
- notify the owner in advance of likely shortages
- serve menu items compliant with franchise standards
- close the kitchen correctly with a proper closing checklist
- maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times
- keep the entire kitchen area clean throughout the shift
- ensure grills, stovetop, steamer, walk-in cooler, and freezers are clean and ready for use
- make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately.
- consistently use safe and hygienic food handling practices


Requirements:

- excellent time management skills
- personable and friendly attitude
- must work well under pressure
- must work well in a team environment
- must be able to work weekday and weekend shifts.
