    Your responsibilities will involve:

    • Engaging with team members through effective communication, building strong relationships, and advocating for HyLife's mission, vision, and values
    • Fostering strong ties with our team to encourage innovative solutions
    • Representing 'We Care' at the manufacturing plant, collaborating with staff and management to pinpoint areas for enhancement
    • Participating in community initiatives and attending local events to cultivate positive relationships and uphold HyLife's values

    Preferred qualifications for this role include a College Diploma in Office Administration or a related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and fluent English skills. The ability to work day and evening shifts is essential. Our facility is fully integrated, encompassing Feed Mills, Barns, Transportation, and the Production Plant. With over 2500 employees globally, we prioritize the well-being of our employees, communities, customers, animals, and the environment.
