Graphic Design Studio Assistant:

This summer student position reports to the Graphic Design Studio Manager and is part of the Marketing team.

This role will assist the Graphic Design team with administrative tasks

Responsibilities:

Assist in cataloging our extensive photography database
Organization of internal server files including photography and Marketing project design files
Other duties as assigned
Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
Maintains a filing system and protects confidential information

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Adobe Suite (especially Bridge) is an asset but not necessary
Attention to detail is a must as some of this work will be repetitive in nature
Ability to multitask effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision

Preference may be given to students currently in a post-secondary Graphic Design program.

This summer position is located in Stratford, Ontario and will begin May 2023.
