About Make Space Inc. - Who are we?
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build positive customer service with clients, vendors, and service providers.
- Following up with clients as needed and directing them to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Be creative in supporting customers with their storage and moving solutions.
- Working as part of the team with other departments and Customer Contact Center.
- Accurate and detailed reporting.
- Property & yard maintenance duties to be performed as required.
- Taking payment from clients and helping with onsite access.
- Moving in and out schedules for storage units, cleaning and maintain units between clients.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding Customer Service, ability to build rapport with tenants, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Positive attitude and want to make work environment fun
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
