About the Role
As a
Service Technician at Kyocera, you will have the best of both worlds: working for a company with roots in the local community that also has Global reach along with selling products that have an unmatched reputation for productivity and reliability.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures the proper functionality as a unit by providing technical support and assistance to endusers, and KDA-NE staff as needed.
- Repair, update/modification and product demonstrations of KDA-NE products.
- Provide technical assistance to KDCA endusers and staff as needed.
- Provide professional customer relation and communications.
- Followup on all reschedules in a timely manner.
- Track potential problemaccounts and resolve issues _prior_ to customer complaints.
- Communicate to the Service Manger all machines performing below standards and reports all actions taken towards resolution.
- Perform various or miscellaneous duties as prescribed by the Manager (i.e deliver supplies)
Qualifications
Required:
- 'outbound' position that requires a valid driver's license and vehicle (With compensation for vehicle usage).
- Excellent technical analytical skills and proficiency in troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
- Excellent customer relations, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on projects independently ability.
- Mechanical/Electrical Background
- Computer Networking skills
Preferred:
- Experience in the industry a plus
- Bachelor's degree
