Currently seeking a highly motivated, versatile, professional, and organized
Bilingual Administrative Assistant, with experience in real estate to join their team.

Job Type:


  • Fulltime 9 to 5 pm
  • Salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year (depending on experience)
  • Permanent
  • Social benefits after 3 months of employment.

Duties and responsibilities:


Experience in the Real State industry:
Administrative support

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, bills, and purchase orders using Excel and other relevant software.
  • Support payroll activities, including recording employee attendance, calculating hours worked, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are available.
  • Manage and maintain office equipment, ensuring proper functionality and addressing any technical issues.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various projects and tasks as assigned.
  • They will be performing other administrative tasks, such as managing files and databases, processing expenses, and payroll.

Customer service skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills to build positive relationships with customers and clients. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Fluent in French and English tipping and writing

Formation et Qualifications:


  • High School or equivalent (Desired)
  • Must be fully Bilingual (French and English)
  • Must know Microsoft _
    (Excel, Word, Office)._
  • Flexibility and adaptability
