Bilingual Administrative Assistant, with experience in real estate to join their team.
Job Type:
- Fulltime 9 to 5 pm
- Salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Permanent
- Social benefits after 3 months of employment.
Duties and responsibilities:
Experience in the Real State industry:
Administrative support
- Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, bills, and purchase orders using Excel and other relevant software.
- Support payroll activities, including recording employee attendance, calculating hours worked, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are available.
- Manage and maintain office equipment, ensuring proper functionality and addressing any technical issues.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and tasks as assigned.
- They will be performing other administrative tasks, such as managing files and databases, processing expenses, and payroll.
Customer service skills:
- Excellent customer service skills to build positive relationships with customers and clients. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Fluent in French and English tipping and writing
- Invoicing and payroll
Formation et Qualifications:
- High School or equivalent (Desired)
- Must be fully Bilingual (French and English)
- Must know Microsoft _
(Excel, Word, Office)._ - Flexibility and adaptability
- Must possess a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
