Business Analyst - Coca-Cola Nutrition Team

As the Business Analyst for Coca-Cola Nutrition, you will support the Warehouse Route to Market (Coca-Cola Nutrition) Sales & Operations Team with complex reporting and analytical duties utilizing advanced technical skills to help drive operational effectiveness, quick decision making and team engagement.

This role is on the Juice & Dairy business unit, accountable for exciting brands such as Simply, Minute Maid, Fruitopia, Five Alive, Peace Tea, Gold Peak Tea, Nestea, Honest Kids and fairlife milk.


What you'll do for us

  • Monthly execution of annual business plan and in market execution
  • Broker Sales Agency Performance Scorecards
  • Use data bases from customer portal sales forecast, Nielsen and Power BI to provide analysis for better management of annual business plan (BP) and rolling estimate (re) processes
  • Run daily/weekly/monthly volume reports using internal reporting systems, Power BI and Nielsen in order to track and monitor key business indicators; volume, revenue, gross profit, ARP, SRP etc
  • Assist in some forecast and scenario planning. Ability to identify and understand patterns and interconnectivity of relevant data
  • Assist building of planning templates for sales team to utilize each year for planning purposes
  • Liaison between various crossfunctional team members

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • 2+ year of sales / operations experience, preferably in CPG/FMCG industry

Educational Requirements:


  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma

Technical Skills:


  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of CPG industry business systems and the backshop processes to support and maintain the business.
  • Familiarity with key data systems: Planning & forecasting tools (e.g. Matrix, Transformer/TPM, CAS, Power BI, Analyze in Excel); financial & sales reporting (SAP, Oracle); performance management & execution metrics; Microsoft Applications (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Client Relationship: Ability to foster relationships across multiple functional teams.
