_ Key Responsibilities_

  • Facilitate invoice processing and payment of the organization's bills
  • Process accounts payable invoices, ensure appropriate approvals of all business expenses
  • Ensure receipts are included with expense reports and credit card statements
  • Respond to queries regarding payments by both vendors and internal staff members
  • Data entry of new vendor information into accounts payable database
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and statements
  • Maintain accounts payable filing systems, administrative and clerical support
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned

_Qualifications and Requirements_

  • Knowledge of basic accounting concepts.
  • Comfortable working in an A/P finance system (Netsuite preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Wellorganized with good communication and interpersonal skills.
