At Erin Park Lexus Toyota we have an exciting opportunity to join our service department as a full time Service Support.

This position supports our Service Department by acting as a liaison between service advisors, guests, technicians and Guest Service Representatives.

As a
Dispatcher/ Service Support you are responsible for:

Prepare Work Orders for invoicing
Provide backup for Guest Service Representative (GSR) and Courtesy Shuttle tasks
Order ad hoc specialty parts
Coordinate used car, PDI and Toyota touch services

Qualifications:

1year experience working within a service department
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Excellent time management and teamwork skills
Ability to solve problems and make decisions after analyzing the situation
Ability to work under pressure to accomplish guest satisfaction and complete their repair order as fast as it can be done.
