About NordSpace

The Operations & Strategy Manager at NordSpace will play a critical role on the team to help coordinate our projects, manage day-to-day operations, interface with external partners in industry and government, oversee safety and compliance, manage critical supply chains, and pursue new avenues for growth for the company.

This is a role that requires someone who genuinely cares about Canada's future in space and has substantial knowledge and curiosity around the commercial space industry.

Qualifications:

2+ years of finance, sales, or operations experience, ideally in an industrial/research/scientific company
Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance or engineering
Exceptional English writing skills and strong technical writing ability, ideally with writing grants, RFPs, and proposals
Experience working with crossfunctional teams and a deep understanding of operational business processes
A proven agile, innovative and strategic thinker, and a selfstarter.
Knowledge of and deep passion for space, and strong fundamental understanding of science, mathematics and engineering

This is a full-time in-person role at our head office in Markham
