  • Simplify exchange book of business to align with Finning's strategy.
  • Establish a strong relationship with CAT REMAN to offer secondary solutions to exchange book of business while ensuring financial responsibility.
  • Strategically find ways to increase enterprise financials through OTOs, parts strategies and re-defining scopes.
  • Develop, lead and oversee the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and plan for assigned 7495 electric rope shovels and solutions.
  • Responsible for POPS growth on the electric rope shovel product line.
  • Facilitate vendor engagement related to service growth.
  • Provide strategic leadership to peers to increase new equipment market share (PINS).
  • Cultivate stakeholder relationships within Finning, Caterpillar and customers.
  • Component rebuilds / Exchange performance: (-SR) Core Acceptance Criteria standards and Quarterly review of pricing, working with OEM and other rebuild facilities, finance (if cost changes are necessary), and pricing.
  • Gathering feedback from the field on product changes/challenges, and developments for the customer. Communicate this to internal Finning and/or Caterpillar.
  • Leverage Plan for Every Serial Number (PLESN) forecast to stakeholders like supply chain and sales teams -Drive demand forecast accuracy.
  • Support Plan for Every Outage (PLEO) process.
  • Drive New Product introduction (NPI) for aftermarket solutions.
  • Utilize and upkeep CAT portals to provide feedback on price reviews every quarter.
  • Facilitate gathering and analysis of information for internal price discrepancies
  • Education & Experience:

  • 5-10 years experience in launching and managing products and services ideally within a large organization.
  • A degree in commerce, marketing, engineering or a combination of mechanical technology and sales experience is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing or sales operations, understanding deeply how to capture the attention of internal sales teams and external channel partners and customers.
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment, mining and rope shovels is an asset.
  • Knowledge of marketing including the ability to create and execute product marketing plans.
  • Knowledge of GTM elements and how to effectively execute those elements.
  • Knowledge of program management and change management.
