Job description
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to work on Instagram and Facebook editorial plan for , a premier marketplace for high-end, handmade musical instruments (lutherie, boutique amps, pedals).

WHAT WE NEED
Develop a Monthly Editorial Plan using Meta Business Suite/Planner.
Create high-quality Instagram posts/stories using our bank of professional assets (and potentially editing/retouching).
Maintain a tone that is Expert, Technical, and Sophisticated—not "salesy." You should sound like a consultant, not a salesperson.
REQUIREMENTS
Mastery of Meta Planner for scheduling.
Proven experience in the music industry or luxury/craftsmanship sectors.
OUPUT
Monthly Editorial Calendar posts + daily stories).
Curated photo grid with a "Premium Gallery" aesthetic, but minimal style, for example product with black background.
EDITORIAL PILLARS
Your content strategy must revolve around these four specific pillars:
Craftsmanship Detail / Materials :
Deep dives into the technical aspects of instruments. Focus on tonewoods (e.g., Spruce vs. Cedar), hardware (alloys, bridge designs), and acoustic physics. You must sound like an expert consultant.
Maker Spotlight:
Storytelling about the masters behind the instruments. Highlighting their philosophy, workshop secrets, and unique approach to lutherie.
Product Focus:
Critical analysis of specific instruments available on the platform. Highlighting playability, tonal range, and what makes that specific piece a "one-of-a-kind" investment.
