    Sales Support Coordinator Position at Royal Drugs

    Royal Drugs is a leading healthcare company offering specialized pharmacy, infusion therapy, and retail pharmacy services. Teaming up with Ontario Medical Supply, a top distributor of medical supplies in Ontario, we aim to enhance health outcomes and improve quality of life.

    Job Description:

    • Location: Ottawa or Markham (Hybrid role)
    • Reporting to: Senior Director, Specialty
    • No. of Positions: 1
    • Type: Full-Time Permanent
    • Salary: Commensurate with experience
    • Benefits: Health and Dental benefits

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Collaborating with the finance manager to create sales reports
    • Coordinating with finance for invoice processing
    • Being a Pronto (ERP) expert for Specialty
    • Managing inventory requests and equipment inventory
    • Updating operating procedures and maintaining files
    • Executing eblast campaigns and social media strategies
    • Supporting sales team with documents and presentations
    • Arranging meetings, events, and more

    Qualifications:

    • Post-Secondary Education in Administration or related field
    • Minimum 3 years experience in admin, customer service, and supporting sales teams
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and ability to travel

    • Initiative, teamwork, time management, and organization
    • Attention to detail, willingness to learn and improve
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Commitment to customer service and process improvement
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships
