    Description

    Our client, a privately held pharmaceutical company, has been passionately committed to improving the health and quality of life of Canadians for over 60 years with their innovative product portfolio of prescription and non-prescription medications that are focused on supporting the needs of patients and improving patients' lives in meaningful ways.

    They are looking to add a Seasoned Sales Professional to manage an assigned territory (Victoria and surrounding) in BC.

    Advantages

    • Base Salary - CA$110,000 plus bonus

    Responsibilities

    • Conducts face-to-face, virtual, and phone calls with a territory-specific panel of physicians and associated healthcare professionals to educate on relevant company and product information, enabling the professionals to make informed decisions for their patients
    • Completes and executes an annual business plan to determine potential business opportunities in their territory to ensure corporate objectives are achieved.
    • Builds and manages relationships through face-to-face, virtual, and phone calls with customers, seeking to understand their needs and requirements to find opportunities to partner with them and/or bring value to their practices.
    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Experience and/or knowledge about CNS, psychiatry, ADHD, Pediatrics, and Therapeutic areas would be required
    • Strong B2B sales skills with an acumen of consultative selling and the ability to have crisp and clear communication
    • Preferred: 3+ years of previous pharmaceutical experience or health-related industry
    • Ability to work in fast-paced working environment
