    Title: Maintenance Assistant

    Job Duties: The Maintenance Assistantmust possess the ability to perform a variety of duties, including assisting with the maintenance/repair and modification of the building, its utility systems, and grounds; follow a written planned maintenance program on various mechanical, electrical, and systems equipment, as well as the necessary documentation as required in permanent files.

    Schedule:

    • Full Time: Tuesday-Saturday

    Qualifications:

    • A high school graduate/GED preferred.
    • At least one year in one of the following fields: (a) general maintenance (institution or building), (b) carpentry or facility construction, (c) plumbing and/or electricity, (d) appliance maintenance. Must posses the ability to communicate, understand, and carry out directions or instructions, both written and verbal, as well as work independently preferred.

    About the Campus: Crestwood's American River campus includes American River Residential Services (ARRS) and American River Psychiatric Health Facility.     The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

    Pay Range:

    $18.50 — $21 USD
