Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to different work environments.
  • Answering calls to the medical clinic according to their level of urgency.
  • Monitoring call center agents' bookings and ensuring their adherence to Bluewater Imaging's scheduling protocols.
  • Overseeing call center agents' schedules, days off, vacations, and replacements, and coordinating with management.
  • Being available after hours to coordinate any issues with bookings due to emergencies or lastminute staff absences is crucial.

Qualifications

  • Recent experience in administrative support, customer service, and call centre.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and resolve issues within the scope of one's responsibility.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and exemplary telephone etiquette.
  • Strong skills in time management, organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in medical terminology and administration. Preference for experience in Diagnostic Imaging (X-Rays).

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Call Centre Lead/Supervisor in Medical field: 1 year (required)
Medical Terminology: 1 year (preferred)

  • Do you have Diagnostic Imaging receptionist experience?: 1 year (required)
