The ability to quickly learn and install Trapeze proprietary software is also essential to being successful in this role.
Working with a Project Manager and the Professional Services team, you are the on-site face of Trapeze as you work with clients and your team to ensure that our solution is delivered and operational in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
You are adept at problem identification and resolution and have the ability ask the appropriate questions to analyze a customer's business requirements and understand their business processes.
Additionally, you will be responsible for sustaining the highest-level of client satisfaction with the end-to-end implementation process.Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure projects are completed within expectations.
- Work with the Delivery Manager to assign tasks to peers; clearly communicate task priorities, helping team members to adjust workload as needed.
- Lead a small team and proactively communicate relevant information to team members, peers, and superiors.
- Help clients achieve operational benefits through the use of our software products.
- Analyze customers' business requirements and objectives to develop business processes to meet their needs.
- Develop and deliver project deliverables such as process diagrams, gap analysis and design documents throughout the project.
- Lead consulting, software testing and training sessions and provide implementation and postimplementation support.
- Lead oneonone sessions, coach and foster career development for your team members.
- Performance management including hiring, onboarding and corrective action.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience working with the Trapeze OPS software suite strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of software implementation experience with people management and/or coaching experience.
- Proactive, willing to take initiative, fast learner, able to lead an implementation team through challenges to deliver a satisfied client.
- Ability to establish credibility with clients based on industry, product, and technology knowledge.
- Strong planning skills; able to meet deadlines consistently.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a project team.
- Ability to travel within North America between 5075%.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to work with all levels of individuals in an organization.
