Job Description Summary:


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify, setup, and operate production equipment, including equipment involved in packaging products and printing labels
  • Set up, calibrate, and operate specialized production equipment to manufacture finished products
  • Troubleshoot issues with production equipment as they arise
  • Assist in developing and implementing new processes, as well as streamlining workflows
  • Follow written procedures to complete the manufacturing of regulated and nonregulated products

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • A high school diploma, with minimum 3 years of experience in a team environment or equivalent education and experience
  • Must be able to communicate effectively across a team verbally and through technological platforms such as ERP/SAP
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced production environment
  • Physical ability to lift pounds, requiring manual dexterity and versatility
  • Shift work, weekend work, and overtime may be required
