Job Description Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities

Identify, setup, and operate production equipment, including equipment involved in packaging products and printing labels
Set up, calibrate, and operate specialized production equipment to manufacture finished products
Troubleshoot issues with production equipment as they arise
Assist in developing and implementing new processes, as well as streamlining workflows
Follow written procedures to complete the manufacturing of regulated and nonregulated products

Knowledge and Qualifications

A high school diploma, with minimum 3 years of experience in a team environment or equivalent education and experience
Must be able to communicate effectively across a team verbally and through technological platforms such as ERP/SAP
Must be able to work in a fast paced production environment
Physical ability to lift pounds, requiring manual dexterity and versatility
Shift work, weekend work, and overtime may be required
