We are looking to hire
General Labourers at our Pefferlaw Production Plant
.

The General Labourer is responsible for facilitating the production of metal building products through the operation of various machines on the production floor.

Day Shift: 6am - 3pm Monday - Friday

Starting $17.00/hour

Major Areas of Responsibilities

Preparing labels for boxes
Producing product using assembly machines
Inspection of product for defects
Packaging products and stacking boxes onto skids
Complete production paperwork
General housekeeping of work area
Adhere to health & safety policies and procedures at all times
Other duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Attention to Detail
Capable of repetitive motions for long periods of time
Willingness to work to meet deadlines
Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
Effective communicator with coworkers and all levels of management
Previous manufacturing experience (asset)
Noise (machinery, punch presses)
Lifting up to 22 kg
Bending and twisting
Standing for long periods of time
Pushing/pulling
