As the Leads Enablement Consultant, you will lead the development of best-in-class programs that deliver on our business objectives.


Main Accountabilities:


  • Work closely with the Director to guide and participate in the evolutions of existing client acquisition programs such as Leads and Workplace Solutions program

Head Office Leads Program:

  • Strategically optimizing and growing the Leads program in partnership with the Client Experience Office (CXO).
  • Establish strong relationships with Client Experience Office (CXO) partners to create alignment and visibility to SLFD priorities and to drive business growth objectives.
  • Partner with CXO leaders to develop and execute various business development initiatives related to the Leads program all with the intention of maximizing lead quality, assignment and overall program objectives.
  • In collaboration with the CXO, develop a systematic approach to lead generation across SLFD to drive sales, new growth opportunities and a programmatic approach to defining, segmenting and distributing sales qualified leads (SQL) to Advisors across SLFD.
  • Identify and prioritize new opportunities for business growth programs across SLFD and key partners.
  • Work closely with business, functional leaders, and advisors to guide the future vision and roadmap of the Leads Program while developing and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Maximize the leads program to drive growth in advisor's businesses and the SLFD channel
SLFD Leads Enablement

  • Develop and deliver bestinclass thought leadership to SLFD advisors on how to prospect and nurture leads.
  • Liaise with SLFD field leaders to identify actionable opportunities for advisors and drive positive outcomes.
  • Develop and provide targeted engagements in the field including field leader sessions, advisor workshops and oneonone advisor consulting
  • Align the program with our Interaction model fulfilling Sun Life's brand promise of providing lifetime financial security and healthier lives to Canadians.
  • Partner with analytics to facilitate data gathering and insights to drive program adoption and outcomes (participating advisors, prospect data, tools/asset usage etc.).
  • Own and maintain assets and Advisorhub (internal advisor portal) presence.
  • Manage escalations and inquiries to bring transparency and reinforce best practices.
  • Identify and lead development of advisor support resources to enable advisors to execute the campaigns, implement an effective selling system, build their capability, knowledge and skills, and deliver holistic solutions to clients.
  • Lead ideation, design and implementation of advisor incentive programs to drive adoption of lead engagement initiatives.

Project Management:

  • Lead stakeholders and project working group members to build capabilities and solutions for advisors to adopt into their practice, delivering on time and on budget.
  • Lead B2B2C marketing program development, execution and delivery, to equip advisors with the tools and content to target and attract new clients with measurable outcomes.
  • Consult on program strategy and delivery of compelling, creative programs, based on research, focus groups, creative ideation sessions, feedback, advisor business expertise and understanding of client behaviour.
  • Review and signoff on enablement tactics for alignment with strategy, business objectives and needs.
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends and creative innovation to identify new ideas.
  • In partnership with the CXO develop the National Webinar Series prospect journey that nurtures prospects from initial touchpoint to lead
  • Build scale through collaboration with CXO partners by integrating technology and automation to the prospect journey
