The 310J Truck Trailer Service Technician will be responsible for inspecting, testing, repairing and replacing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic units, diagnosing faults and malfunctions, repairing, replacing, testing and adjusting units to specifications to ensure fleet trailers and equipment meet established operational and safety standards.

Work Schedule:

Afternoon Shift - Monday to Friday 2:30PM to 12:30AM

What we expect you to do:

Trailer Inspection, Troubleshoot, service and repair/replace the following; Electrical and electronic systems, transmissions, suspension, brake systems, hydraulic systems, emission systems, tires, lighting, and electrical components, perform maintenance as per assigned work order.
Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions;
Diagnose faults of or malfunctions using computerized, and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required;
Service, maintenance and/or overhaul mechanical and hydraulic transmissions;
Service, maintenance and/or overhaul of hydraulic and pneumatics systems;
Perform scheduled maintenance;
Complete reports to record problems and work performed;
Welding and Fabrication, Maintain a safe and orderly working environment;
SMAW and GMAW Welding, torch and plasma cutting will be required;
Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work;
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

You have:

Valid 310J Truck Trailer Service Technician.
Valid G Driver's License
Have your own tools
