Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team.

As the Financial Controller at Lovett Signs Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our financial operations.

This includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decisionmaking.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and drive financial performance.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements.
Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
