Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will assist with marketing programs, including collateral, events, presentations, proposals and scheduling for the company's corporate initiatives, as well as the residential and commercial properties.
Job Duties
Research Planning
- Assist with market research project, including quantitative and qualitative studies
- Assist with creative briefs, budgets, media planning, marketing plans and schedules
Branding, Advertising and Promotion
- Assist with the lifecycle of projectspecific marketing activities including preparing Requests for Proposals, reviewing creative and copy while liaising with the relevant parties on approvals
- Coordinate with suppliers to execute on marketing and branding requirements, including overseeing installations such as signage
- Maintain consistent company and project brand image across all projects
- Assist with the execution of approved media plans lead the creative process for advertising and promotional activities including but not limited to print, radio, outdoor, photography, videography and other media
Event Management
- Coordinate event management including menus, décor, gifts, RSVP lists, budgets, communication to all stakeholders, and onsite coordination
Communications
- Collaborate on existing and prospective communications plans and execution to provide optimal business solutions
- Support for internal communications and programs
Digital
- Update and expand website content
- Contribute to content creation, scheduling, monitoring and reporting of social media platforms inclusive of developing copywriting and multimedia
- Assist with developing and executing online reputation management programming
Graphic Design
- Develop visual materials, adhering to the company's corporate and project brand standards for print, digital and more
- Management of design files and assets
Reporting and Administration
- Track marketingrelated estimates, expenditures, and submit invoices for payment
- Contribute to program postanalysis reports
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, graphic design, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years' experience in marketing and/or graphic design
- Previous experience in a property management setting preferred
- Previous experience in real estate is considered an asset
- Strong computer skills with proven proficiency in MS Office software
- Intermediate experience with graphic design software
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with marketing principles and website content management systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and budgets
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight timelines
- Selfmotivated, energetic and creative
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, Fixed term contract
Salary:
$58,000.00-$71,500.00 per year
