Our business is growing We are looking for a passionate _HR Business Partner _to join our team of HR rockstars.
The _HR Business Partner _is a true generalist who loves thinking on their feet and creating practical and impactful solutions to HR problems.
Our _HR Business Partners _advise their assigned clients on HR matters ranging from employee relations to HR strategy. They create the accompanying best-in-class systems to deliver and implement HR solutions to our (awesome) clients.Want More Specifics?

Relying on your industry experience and HR expertise, the _HR Business Partner _will support clients through:

Benefits & Compensation
Required Skills and Experience
- Uptodate knowledge of policy and legal compliance, including Human Rights legislation, ESA, MOL, and WSIB standards across multiple jurisdictions and industries.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create tedious and complex documents with significant attention to detail.
- Ability to understand the unique operating environment of small business cultures across various industries and provide practical HR solutions.
- Creativity to solve problems in unique ways.
- 4+ years of employee relations and grievance process experience.
- 6+ years of work experience in Human Resources positions. Inhouse or onsite experience preferred.
