Job summary
The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in driving Toromont's market position and achieving financial growth targets within Toromont Energy and Energy Solutions.This senior-level role focuses on defining long-term strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining deep knowledge of market conditions and industry trends across Toromont's territory.
Collaborates closely with internal teams—sales support, marketing, engineering, finance, and account management—to increase sales opportunities and deliver sustainable profitable growth.
