    Job Description

    What can you expect in this role?

    • You will be accountable for processing and analyzing transactions in the Policy Administration and Billing systems for Commercial and Personal lines business including Sonnet. Transactions relate to payment management and non-payment cancellations.
    • Finance and Underwriting rules will be applied when completing your responsibilities.
    • Provide support to internal and external customers to deliver superior service and adhering to corporate policies and procedures.

    What do you bring to the role?

    • University degree, college diploma, or CIP designation.
    • Excellent keyboarding skills.
    • Demonstrates professionalism, courteous in all interactions and remains calm under pressure.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed financial records according to company procedure.
    • Excellent organizational, time management and analytical skills and attention to detail are critical in this role.
    • Works well independently and in a team environment and manages effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • A team player who is adaptable to a changing environment.
    • Successful clearance of a background check including credit & criminal checks along with business references.
    • Preference will be given to French bilingual candidates.
    • Familiarity with Guidewire is considered an asset.

    Salary range is $39,000 - $67,300.
