Are you a friendly and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are currently hiring a receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our company.
- [ ] Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer and transfer incoming calls to the appropriate person.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple team members
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment

Salary:
$16.00-$37.39 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
