About the role
We're looking for a Customer Accounts Agent to join our growing team

What you'll do here:

Providing insightful and helpful advice to customers and brokers on billingrelated questions.
Understanding our customer needs and offering appropriate guidance about their payment plans.
Enhancing the customer experience by promoting selfservice tools and guiding clients through practical use of our digital billing tools.
Processing billing transactions and payments in accordance with company policy.
Ensuring accuracy and high standard of work for all accounts receivable tasks.

What you bring to the table:

Strong communication skills
making things simple for our clients and brokers.
Compelling customer service attitude to maintain favourable business relationships.
You are detailed oriented and able to organize and prioritize workload.
You can work autonomously.
Postsecondary education in a related field is an asset.
Customer service experience is an asset.

Bilingual (French and English) a strong asset

Requires answering calls and providing service to French and Englishspeaking clientele on a regular basis.
Please note this is a fulltime position with a fixed start date of January 22, 2024 and requires mandatory attendance for 4 consecutive weeks of training starting on the first day of employment._
7:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday (based on availability)_
Occasional Statutory Holidays or Saturdays (based on business needs)_
