Summary of Position:
This role is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the Body Shop.
This Management role is responsible for executing on objectives, goals and growth strategies; ensuring compliance with process and procedures; motivating and coaching team members for performance; improving efficiencies; driving sales and championing the customer experience.
Required Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who love working directly with both customers & co-workers and who are business people and people-people.
Someone who understands that the best team will provide the best customer service and as such, make attracting and retaining talent a top priority because it is critical to our success.
Fostering a team of happy, empowered and engaged individuals is a key priority of this leadership role.- Valid driver's license
- Previous experience working in the Auto Body Shop department
- Ability to provide estimates on repairs, order parts, talk to insurance companies about repairs on vehicles for their customers, etc.
- Ability to work in a team environment
Salary:
$40,000.00-$96,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
Auto Body Repair: 1 year (preferred)
