Job Description:
Working with the Manager, Print Services the incumbent is responsible for the oversight and support of the College's multi-function device and printer fleet.
The incumbent acts as the primary contact within Print Services for all departmental inquiries related to the printer fleet including printer change requests, removals and additions, and budget related questions.
The incumbent will review and process student print refund requests.As required, the incumbent will generate reports on usage requested by Print Services and Campus Services management and academic department managers and budget officers and generates month-end financial reports for monthly fleet print activity for submission to finance.
The incumbent will participate in huddles, scrums and meetings as well as other AC Way methodology with key College stakeholders to work to ensure a reliable print service and continuously work to improve the campus printing experience for the College community.
The incumbent meets with departments and college staff to promote print shop products and services, seeks and identifies opportunities for growth in print revenue and follows up with clients to ensure we are meeting client expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- Two (2) year diploma in a Computer Systems Technician, Computer Programming, Print Media or similar field of study.
- Five (5) years experience:
- Customer Service and technical support within a technology service desk environment
- Supporting Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Windows OS, Android, iOS and MacOS.-
- Experience troubleshooting hardware on a wide variety of both mobile and traditional platforms and devices.
- Experience in the computing devices field and troubleshooting, installing and running hardware and software.
- Experience in the operation, use, installation and maintenance of computing devices, hardware and related equipment.
