Description

We are looking for a
Brake Press Operator for our client located in
Mississauga, ON. And they are specialized in the Manufacturing of various Metals.

Responsibilities:

Operate press break machine.
Run bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches.
Use a CNC controller to input information into the machine.
Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints.
Checks height, depth and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges, and other precisionmeasuring instruments.
Perform complex programming using all features of the press brake.
Program the CNC to produce new parts meeting specifications.
Set up light gauge metal.
Configure bend allowances for sheet metal (stainless, aluminum & regular steel).
Check machine for defects and repair if necessary.
Ensure the machine is calibrated and cleaned.
Read drawings and blueprints.

Requirements:

Proven experience as CNC Press Brake operator
Skill in operating machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
A keen eye for detail and resultsdriven approach
Good communication abilities
Experience required.

Location:
Mississauga, ON

Timings: 8:00am to 4:30pm

Pay Rate:
$22/hr. (depends upon experience)

Salary:
$22.00 per hour
