    Role overview

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a LIMS LabWare Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and problem resolution for our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) LabWare. The LIMS LabWare Support Analyst will work closely with laboratory staff, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the LIMS system and drive continued improvement and optimization.

  • LabWare LIMS (7 or 8 preferred)
  • Oracle DB

  • Solid experience on LabWare (7 or 8 preferred) LIMS Development and Customization using LIMS Basic.
  • Well versed in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Expert on creating/modifying Subroutine, Menu Routine, Events, Labels, Reports in Labware.
  • Must have hands-on experience on LabWare LIMS developments, enhancements for the module like Sample, Lot, Projects, Stability, Instruments, Label, Reports, Crystal Report enhancements and developments.
  • Good teammate can assist the peers in technical issues, initiate knowledge sharing programs and Mentoring team members working on technical and non-technical aspects.
  • Good to have PHARMA Domain knowledge
