Job Description:


As part of the Canada Bosch Rexroth HR team, the HR Partner will be a key member of the local HR team through dynamic contributions to the Rexroth organization.

Leveraging excellent communication, administrative, technology, and interpersonal skills, this team member will focus on deliverables to support the positive associate experience in areas such as compensation administration, pension & benefits administration, associate data management, reporting/data analytics, associate communications, HR administration, and HR Partner management.

In addition, this role will achieve key outcomes in operational initiatives and projects which drive the success of the business.

As a key HR player, this position will also function as a back up to HRBP tasks and sets a strong foundation for future growth in HR.


  • Oversee and complete all administrative tasks for all leave of absence and workplace accommodation cases.
  • Partner with members of the Health, Safety and Environmental Department to ensure that all WSIB/Workers Compensation Employer Statements (ie. Form 7s) are completed and submitted in a timely manner
  • Conduct weekly and biweekly payroll reviews and identify anomalies/missing information requiring further action.
  • Responsible for accuracy and distribution of monthly corporate headcount reporting for Finance Department
  • Preparation and uploading of all month, quarterly, and yearend payroll and benefits payment deliverables.
  • Coordinate with central Payroll on the issuance of T4s and other tax forms as required
  • Lead the compensation and benefits processes to meet weekly and biweekly, monthly, quarterly and yearend deadlines for compensation and benefits administration, including management approval coordination, timekeeping, and payment processing
  • Expand the use of the HRIS System to improve HR processes, eliminate manual data input through data uploads as well as identify functionality improvements
  • Through the use of the current HRIS system, create key reporting tools to evaluate and analyze information to support business strategies and decisions
  • Provide influential consultation, coaching, and support in all HRrelated disciplines to an assigned employee target audience, including, but not limited to, answering questions from managers and associates regarding laws, organizational policies and procedures and/or pass inquiries on to other HR team members on any issues requiring their involvement
  • Active participant in the planning and organizing of HRrelated initiatives that support a positive associate work environment and promotes a high level of associate morale and engagement

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or Finance, Mathematics or equivalent preferred.
  • 35 years of Finance/HR Analyst experience preferably with a manufacturing organization. Compensation experience is a definite plus.
  • Ability to compile, evaluate and make recommendations based on complex information a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SAP is a strong asset.
  • Ability to balance varied activities, multiple and/or simultaneous projects, and multitasking in a fastpaced environment
