Job Description:

Responsible for all Shipping, Receiving & Customs and related activities, within Warehouse Operations, supporting general distribution, Manufacturing and Service value streams
Responsible to ensure that orders are shipped to arrive in good condition and on time to our customers
Support the Team Leads/Lead Hands
Develop and support a cross functional working attitudes among teams and departments
Support of inventory counting requirements
Monitor Warehouse Activity Monitor (SAP)
Seek and implement continuous improvement activities
Maintain Departmental Continuous Improvement Processes initiatives
Ensure daily productivity goals are achieved
Control operational costs, while maximizing productivity
Special projects and other duties as required
Ensure a safe and productive working environment

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in logistics, Shipping/Receiving, required
Previous supervisory and leadership experience required
Maintain a positive, collaborative attitude and focus
Strong leadership skills with sound decision making abilities
SAP ERP system knowledge would be an asset
Completed Diploma or Degree in a related discipline required
Familiar with hydraulics and automation products an asset
Must be a team player with excellent people/interpersonal skills with the ability to develop others, mentor, coach and motivate
