    The CARFAX product management team is looking for an exceptional product professional who is passionate about delivering world class products.

    The Senior Business Analyst - Automotive will serve as a subject matter expert to help CARFAX provide insight and identify abnormalities within the vehicle history accident and service data, as well as mine the data for additional details.

    This business analyst will also aid in leading product improvements projects.
    This position will require 2 days in the office per week, subject to change with future business needs.
    Utilize automotive industry knowledge to help CARFAX strengthen our product leadership
    Provide insight into data analysis to yield higher quality products. Mine existing data for additional details.
    Help define business requirements, consult on display, and aid in customer inquiries and escalations
    Experience in interpreting and explaining collision estimate/repair order data
    ~ Extensive knowledge of cars and services performed on them
    ~ Product owner or business analyst experience
    ~ The ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and focus
    ~ Experience presenting findings and making business recommendations
    ~ Proven ability to push forward on multiple projects simultaneously
    ~ Ability to work independently within defined metrics and game plan
    ~ Strong organizational and project management skills
    ~ Experience working with Agile software development teams
    ~ Advanced knowledge of Excel
    ~Bachelor's degree preferred
