Your Role:

As a Junior HR Specialist at BMI, youll be at the forefront of our Human Resources initiatives, helping to optimize team member engagement, productivity, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Administer talent acquisition and recruitment campaigns for both internal needs and external client requests.
• Track, analyze, and report team member performance analytics.
• Leverage our existing Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and other HR software to optimize team member communication, engagement, productivity, and efficiency.
• Participate in monthly performance evaluations of team members.
• Complete tasks related to setting up HR systems and streamlining HR processes for our clients.
• Collaborate to ensure the success of our social club events.
