Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with HR Generalist and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the recruitment process.
  • Ability to work along side HR Generalist to accomplish the hiring Goals and needs.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
    (is preferred but not required or equivalent experience)

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the renewable energy or electrical sector.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and electrical industry dynamics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, changing environment.
  • Passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to a cleaner planet.
