The Customer Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment Manager will be responsible for all customer related supply chain activities.

The CPFR team collaborates with our customer's replenishment teams to ensure Mark Anthony product is accurately forecasted, replenished, and ultimately available on shelf for our consumers.

This role is responsible for oversight and development of all CPFR joint business processes and related tools.

As a manager, this individual will lead a team that owns the customer supply chain nodes from customer order management through to customer warehouse delivery.

This role is located in either Toronto, ON or Vancouver, BC


The Role:


  • CPFR Strategy
  • LDBs_
  • Responsible for developing and overseeing the national CPFR strategy
  • Lead collaboration and joint business plan development with customer replenishment counterparts. Design joint KPIs, data models, and processes to monitor and optimize the business.
  • Drive consensus forecast, reduction of internal and external waste, obsolescence as well as KPI management in close collaboration with Sales, Partner Brands, Finance and Supply Planning Teams.
  • Oversee the continuous improvement and standardization of CPFR capabilities of all customer collaboration programs both directly and by supervising the duties of a CPFR Analyst
  • Generate inputs and insights (Customer changes, marketing strategies, promotion calendar, etc.) to support the demand forecasting process lead by the demand planning organization
  • Responsible for effective balancing of internal and customer objectives and expectations while considering account (supplier) constraints, Inventory allocations, logistic capabilities, and network production capacity
  • Accountable for collaboratively developing and optimizing replenishment plans with key stakeholders; recognizing different types of inventory and demand, manage inventory levels, lead times, ordering policies and storage and handling requirements
  • Identify and communicated risks to forecast to Mark Anthony leadership teams. Define and quantify risks and develop actions plans to drive growth back to plan.
  • Success requires good communication, daily and weekly analysis of multiple customer data points, and disciplined commitment to aligned customer collaboration programs
  • Order Management_
  • Lead the order management team responsible for processing all customer orders in the Mark Anthony MRP and communicating requirements to various shipping sites
  • Integrate Order Management activities with current ERP processes and design new processes to optimize order touches and reduce manual interventions
  • Collaborate with 3PL warehouses to ensure orders are accounted for, shipped accurately, and delivered based on customer requirements
  • Manage all customer feedback, root cause any systemic issues, and develop actions plans to eliminate errors

Do you have what it takes?

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience with demonstrated proficiency in Supply Planning, CPFR management, Demand Forecasting methods and an understanding of their financial and operations impacts
  • Ability to identify, evaluate and build plans to capitalize on opportunities (increase revenue, service levels/turns, enhance logistic efficiencies) and implement solutions internally and externally
  • Thorough understanding of endtoend order fulfillment processes within an ERP system
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate process change and manage stakeholders through the change management journey
  • Experience presenting to individuals and groups of all levels using excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced understanding of customer gotomarket strategies and sales strategies
  • Experience working within an S & OP environment to manage a dynamic business
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills required (excel)
  • APICS or other forecasting Certification considered an asset
  • Bilingual (English and French) considered an asset
