WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are looking for a
Replenishment Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team for the summer. This individual will manage our weekly replenishment plans.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Assist with finished goods flow from the manufacturing network to shipping sites through the use of Replenishment Orders, aka Stock Transfer Orders (STO's)
  • Jointly analyze and collaborate with various departments to provide feedback on production quantity, timing, and replenishment location. Place replenishment orders to support the timely deployment of production. The goal is to optimize customer service while minimizing logistics costs.
  • Track the shipment of all inventory moves and resolve past due shipments or receipts with sites, third party logistics provider, or distribution centre
  • Provide support to the team to ensure flawless execution of replenishment and promotional orders across North America
  • Support the larger team with various reporting & analysis
  • Assist with basic master data creation, maintenance, and clean up
