- Du verantwortestFehleranalyse, Troubleshooting, Patching, Monitoring und Dokumentation in allen genannten Bereichen
- Abschließend optimierst Du Arbeitsabläufe mit Hilfe von Automation und Standardisierung (z. B. PowerShell)
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Außerdem besitzt Du Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Cloud-Telefonie und Telefon-Endgeräte-Management
- Das Arbeiten in agilen Teams ist für Dich selbstverständlich und Du bist bereit aktiv an der Einführung agiler Methoden mitzuarbeiten
- Gute Vorerfahrungen in angrenzenden Bereichen wie Netzwerk, Storage, Sicherheitslösungen und Performance Monitoring bringst Du ebenfalls mit
- Zudem verfügst Du über Problemlösungskompetenz undKommunikationsgeschick gepaart mit Durchsetzungsfähigkeitund ein analytisches Verständnis
