Position Summary
Are you passionate about program delivery and upskilling corporate and community partners? The Division of Extended Education is looking for two Term-Certain Associate Program Coordinators to work collaboratively with our team to meet immediate programing demands.
As a member of the Division of Extended Education team, the Associate Program Coordinator is responsible for the successful development, planning, and coordinating of course, programs, career certificates, and diplomas.
Position Responsibilities
The Associate Program Coordinator is responsible for:
Program and Course Coordination and Planning within the Division
Student Experience
Business Development
Customer Engagement and Client Relations

Required Qualifications

Post Secondary Diploma in business or related field
A minimum of two years of related experience,
Experience in education/training/adult education
Program/Curriculum development and delivery
A track record of providing excellent customer service
Ability to be successful in an entrepreneurial environment
Excellent communication including interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrates sound judgment, reflective decision making and political acumen
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment
Team oriented
Ability to travel to key markets and work flexible hours as needed
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Three year undergraduate degree

- $ $35.67 per hour
Benefits and Compensation Information

An additional 15% of the hourly rate in lieu of vacation, statutory holidays and benefits.
