As an Asphalt Plant Operator, You Will:

Responsible for producing mixes as required
Monitor the plant to ensure proper and efficient plant operations
Maintain proper plant maintenance
Track daytoday operations
Oversee staff
Produce daily reports as required
Other duties as required

What You'll Bring:

Welding experience is considered an asset
Millwright or certified mechanic is an asset
Mechanically inclined
Comfortable in construction environment (ex. Outside, noisy, fumes, duty environment)
Ability to sit, stand or drive more than 90 minutes per day
Ability to lift 50 lbs/22.7 kg
Basic computer knowledge
Has an OSSD or equivalent diploma
Have a valid driver's license
Ability to analyze situations quickly and make prompt, sound decisions
Be a team player
Have flexibility to work overtime & weekends
Travel required
